1. Introduction

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All pcd88 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pcd88 does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. If you initiate a transaction from a payment instrument denominated in a currency other than BDT, any conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pcd88 may offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free credits, cashback, and other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of issue, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games, and expiry dates. In the event of a conflict between a promotional term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotional term shall prevail for the specific offer in question.

Bonuses are awarded for personal, recreational use only. Players who are found to be using bonus offers in a systematic manner designed to exploit mathematical advantages rather than for genuine entertainment purposes — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies — may have their bonus eligibility withdrawn. pcd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently cancel any promotional offer at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Players who have not yet satisfied the wagering requirements for an active bonus at the time of cancellation will have their remaining bonus balance voided.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pcd88 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

12. Account Termination

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account after the deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method within 5 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved to the mutual satisfaction of both parties through this internal process, pcd88 will make available the details of any applicable external dispute resolution mechanism. The outcome of pcd88's internal dispute resolution process, following an exhaustive review, shall be considered final for disputes involving amounts below ৳50,000.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pcd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, pcd88 will provide reasonable notice to active account holders through the platform or via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the pcd88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Minor editorial amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice.
